Any hard copy information is stored in our secure, locked and alarmed offices and Online information is stored securely by our software providers and heavily password protected.
PERSONAL INFORMATION – Any personal information such as name, postal address, telephone number and email address will only be used to provide a requested service and will not be disclosed to any other third party without your prior permission listed below or unless we are required to do so by law.
Tenants/Landlords: We will hold your data to provide estate agency/letting services and may share your data with associated services such as conveyancing, financial services right to rent checks and referencing organisations and providing names for viewings. We may share your data with other property professionals including solicitors, EPC providers, Money Laundering agencies, financial advisors, surveyors, contractors, Deposit Protection service, referencing organisations, other agents involved in transactions, and general marketing. We may also use 3rd party software to provide these services.
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION ? – We only keep your information for as long as necessary. We will normally keep your information for 7 years after our last contact, but we may delete it earlier. However, in certain circumstances we may need to keep information longer to comply with statutory and regulatory obligations.It may be that we keep your information longer, unless you request otherwise, as the relationship we have with many clients is continued over many years.
